Your class purchase was a success!
I'm looking forward to tasting wine with you.

How to Prepare for Class

Class is 2 hours long from 1pm to 3pm.  It's educational, but also fun and entertaining because hey, it's wine.  My idea is that cracking open a can of beer isn't intimidating, so why can't wine be the same?

If you have never been to one of my classes, here's what you get to do:

-Taste 10 wines along with me, a friendly and down-to-earth sommelier and winemaker
-Work as a group to figure out your own personal tasting notes
-Taste wines comparatively rather than one at a time-- which is way better for learning
-Learn how your brain process aromas and taste
-Learn about winemaking basics
-Be able to identify wine flavors like acid, tannin, sweetness, and body
-Taste 4 whites, 2 roses, and 4 reds
-Buy some wines to-go from Spring Restaurant, at a discount!
-Feel like a pro by the time class is over

Need to eat before class? Go have brunch in Spring Restaurant's Atrium. They serve French brunch...no further explanation needed.

Requirements:
No previous wine knowledge necessary. You must be over 21 years of age and have a valid ID.

Other things to note:
Come ready to learn and ready to have a fun time. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes (it may be hard to smell the wines). Please do not chew gum or brush your teeth immediately before the tasting, or the wine will taste really weird (just trust me).

Please treat all members of our meetup with respect and courtesy. And of course, please enjoy wine tasting responsibly. Do not drink and drive.
